“This was my first time ordering from your company. I ordered three items totaling around $200. I ordered them specifically because they provided lift without an underwire. No where in the description did it say there was a side wire. These are the most uncomfortable tops I have ever purchased and I am extremely dismayed that I cannot return them. Per your return policy only items unworn and with tags attached can be returned. When I received the products I tried them on for size and fit. They seemed fine so I removed tags and washed them. It wasn’t until spending a day in each item that I discovered the side wire piercing into my rib cage and causing extreme discomfort at the end of the day. Not to mention the supposed rubber to keep the tops from rising up is completely pointless. I now need to find a seamstress to remove the side wire so my money isn’t completely wasted. But needless to say I will not be purchasing anything more in the future, not will I recommend your products to friend and family.”
