By far this has more compression and hold in mid section, I love the new ribbing support on the sides that bring in the waist giving more hour glass! The reg cami bodysuit has support just less compression than thong and is a good smoother. I hope they re design the reg cami bodysuit with the ribbing! I bought XL /I'm a midie size 5’7 curvy 12-14, C cup and it fits great”
