I have one most mornings to help with my focus as I have adhd but I add it to my Vimto isolate whey protein as well it tastes delicious and ties everything in one go.
I’ve just started in perimenopause so it just ensures I’m supporting my body with everything I can. It’s important to says this is a supplement and shouldn’t be used to replace healthy food. It’s also a life saver if I’ve had a few too many sherberts the night before.
I have tried other rave / hangover type brands but trying to neck a load of fiat shaped tablets when you’re hammered is not the one.
