Thank you for your review and kind words about the shoes. We're very sorry to hear about the issue with the rhinestones on the buckle, this isn’t something we often encounter, so we really appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
As the buckles are stitched into the design, they can’t be replaced as easily as some other styles, but we’d love to take a closer look and help make things right. If you're able to share a few photos of the affected area, we can arrange to have the shoes returned to us so we can reapply the stones for you.

“Gorgeous and comfortable shoe - I have short, wide feet but was able to adjust the toe buckles to find a perfect fit. I like that the strap can be crossed under the foot or around the ankle for a bit of variation, and I appreciate how easy it was to request hook buckles and a vegan sole. 10/10 would recommend!”
