‘Heather Full-Sole’ is our traditional teaching and practice shoe and is widely used across all levels of dancing around the world. “These are too big (I ordered my size). To send them back would cost more than what I paid for the shoes. I emailed customer service to ask if they had any suggestions and they never responded. Horrible customer service!!!!”

Hi Donna, Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear the shoes didn't fit as expected. We understand how frustrating that can be, especially when ordering from a brand for the first time. From what we can see, this appears to be your first online order with us. It's worth noting that sizing can vary between brands, so even if you ordered your usual size, it might not match up exactly with our fit. We do our best to help with this by offering a detailed sizing guide on our website. If you’d like to email us your foot measurements, we’d be happy to recommend a more suitable size. In terms of returning the shoes, we understand international postage costs can be frustrating. While we can offer to arrange a DHL collection, please note the cost would either be deducted from any refund or added to the shipping cost of an exchange.
