“Unfortunately by ordering from Australia returns are nearly impossible and definitely not worthwhile with international shipping costs. I ordered a narrow fit and these came as normal size. Having already ordered one pair I knew I needed the narrow fit. I would have hoped that the business would have been more careful mailing internationally. As it turned out I had a competition and even with inner soles the wide fit had made the shoes uncomfortable to dance in. I also needed the narrow fit so I didn’t go over on my ankle. I would not recommend buying internationally and I also found their size guide at least 1-2 sizes bigger than the actual shoes. Customer’s service told me I could return the shoes but the international return shipping instructions are very difficult. It’s probably not worth risking the wrong size from overseas.”

Just to clarify, your order did include two different pairs: one in a Regular width and one in a Narrow width. If the narrow pair you received was not labelled as Narrow on the box, or if it felt incorrectly made or supplied, that would of course be something we’d want to investigate straight away. Please do email us directly so we can look into this properly for you and check everything at our end.
We completely appreciate that ordering from overseas can be difficult, particularly when returns are involved, and we’re sorry this added to your disappointment. For future purchases, we’d really recommend either contacting us in advance for personalised sizing and width advice, or visiting one of our Australian stockists so you can try styles and fits in person.
