“The shoe is nice but it runs a full size big. I had to have e-mail communication, and then return to exchange and pay postage to return the shoes and probably postage to get the exchanged pair. That seems to be an excessive extra charge for me for shoes that aren't sized the same as others that I've ordered.”

We’re so sorry to hear that the shoes didn’t fit as expected. Our social dance shoes do have a slightly different fit compared to our regular range, and we understand how frustrating that can be when ordering online. The good news is that we’re currently working on a project to help make this much clearer and hopefully prevent sizing surprises like this in the future.
As a family-run business, we genuinely wish we could offer free exchanges or returns, but unfortunately, it's not something we’re able to provide at this time. That said, we take feedback like yours very seriously, and we’re always striving to offer not only the highest quality dance shoes, but also the best possible service to our customers.
