“The seed eaters cant get enough of them. Really the sunflower chips are best as the birds are very wasteful, biting the sunflower hearts in half and creating waste below. However, the groundfeeding woodpigeons soon clean these up. Most garden birds will eat the sunflower hearts even if they prefer softer food.
Good to see that Ivel Valley now put the sunflower hearts in strong paper bags and not the thick plastic bags they used to.”
“These were on offer so now using them as a special treat for our garden birds, plus I have some voles who live in a garden wall, they run into the seed bowl and run out again, very fast little animals but fun to watch.”
“We have been buying these sunflower hearts for years. They are excellent quality, and all the birds love them. There is no waste and they are great in a feeder or on the ground.
We have always found that the bird food is delivered quickly and efficiently byDPD...and we like the eco packaging too.”
