“I love the look of the hat, but unfortunately the fact that a hat was made out of material that’s going to fail once wet or exposed to sunlight for too long makes absolutely no sense. Especially for an almost $40 half. I appreciate the fact that Jenny did the right thing and replace the hat that I had an issue with, but it saddens me that I will be unable to wear the hat on the beach or for most of summer even though looking at the hat and feeling the material, you would think that it would be great for the water and the sun.”
