Hi Jane, Sorry to hear our Caramel wasn't to your liking. We tried to create a recipe which had the right balance of Rainforest Alliance Coffee and caramel, to create an Iced Coffee that wasn't overly sweet and still gives you that neat caffeine fix, sadly it's not to everyones taste.
