I’ve used it since having my two Sphynx cats for about two years, they have high allergies. It works great.

It is great at neutralizing the smell, but I only gave it 4 stars because it doesn't soak up the urine in a way that it doesn't make it turn into a clump that you can scoop out. It also creates a lot of dust and sends a smell of dust throughout the house after it's been moved around by the cat.
