I am sorry to hear that you have not received your order.
Unfortunately due to the current situation Royal Mail are experiencing some delays in their deliveries, which we understand is very frustrating. We do make all customers aware at checkout of potential delays as once we dispatch your item we are unable to control whether or not Royal Mail can deliver it on time.
As this review system is based on our products I would ask if you would consider revising your review once you have tried our products.
I hope you can understand that this particular issue is out of control.

We're very sorry that you have not received your order next day, I believe this was because you requested an address change after your order had been dispatched.
One of our team reached out to you yesterday as UPS were unable to deliver to your address and have taken it to a local access point.
