“I ordered white thermal fabric from Justfabrics to line our curtains to help keep out the cold. The fabric was very nice and very easy to work with. It has cut down on drafts coming through our windows. The service was prompt and we are very pleased with the results.
We had a problem with the actual delivery, with the delivery company leaving the product at the wrong address. So the delivery service itself was not good, but when we let Justfabrics know that the delivery had not reahced us they arranged for the delivery company to send us a photo of where they had left it and we were eventually able to trace it to a neighbour's porch. Justfabrics then refunded the delivery charge we had paid on our order, so, although the delivery company itself let us down, Justfabrics acted promptly and responsibly and we appreciate that very much.”
