“Bought 23 mtrs Grand floral for curtains and although the fabric is beautiful I couldn’t understand why the drops were uneven when sewn together....Turns out the printed pattern isn't accurate by 1.5" and also on one drop that i checked the fabric was twisted. I even pulled a thread to get a perfect line on the weft but pattern was way out of true.
Another 6 mtrs purchased and managed to scrabble together two mor drops that were almost a match. I'm a very experienced seamstress but this nearly beat me.
Emailed the company for a sanity check but no response as yet.
This fabric should be sold as a faulty or slight seconds. Fine for cushions ect but not curtains require matching.....so disappointed, very expensive curtains in the end.
