“I am taking it because I have osteoporosis. Other calcium supplements have some kind of processed sugar in them - saccharine or glucose - and I have an intolerance of them. They bring on headaches. these capsules do not contain anything that I cannot tolerate and I am really pleased. they also come in a pouch which is much easier to manage and store than a bottle.”
