“A big dose of cod liver oil to complement the multivitamins just makes sense to me. I can't think of a better daily habit and feel great even at 70 years old.”

“When we were growing up after the last war, all children were given a dose of Cod Liver Oil on a spoon. Vitamins A D. Followed by a teaspoon of malt, Vitamin B and then a glass of orange juice containing Vitamin C. The fish oil tasted awful but helped build strong bones, good skin and gave protection from colds. This supplement helps keep skin in good condition and we rarely get colds. Everyone should be taking this supplement.”

“I take this with glucosamine and have no joint problems at all despite cycling and walking up very steep hills daily at almost 70 years. I started taking them some years ago after a Radio 4 program revealed that clinical trials found that Cod Liver Oil prevents and can even reverse authorities. I thought I would start taking it before I get it. That was over 20 years ago.”
