“Vitamin D3, recommended for my age, 63, Been taking Vitamin D for a while now but read that D3 was better so using that. Will probably only know if they are any good if I stop taking them but dont want to do that.”
“Vit D because I have MS and have been told to increase more than usual dosage so I am happy to have these high strength tablets. They are a bit large,but that makes picking them up easy and they are not hard to swallow which is good.”
