“These oils are a good anti-inflammatory, help my skin hair, keep my joints supple and keep everything lubricated downstairs. If you know what I mean. I'm getting to that age! lol Good mix with high potency at a good price. Quite large capsules though although the gelatine shell makes them easier to swallow. (just a note about the 'downstairs' comment-I have only taken these orally but I guess you could use them in other ways if you were desperate! - or just drink more water :D”
