“I'm hoping these tablets will help to avoid bone problems. I do find them to be a little large to swallow but assume they have to be that size in order to be effective.”
“This is the first time I have tried these tablets to help ease Osteoporosis and as I haven't been taking them long, I can't really vouch for their efficacy. However, they do seem to contain all the necessary vitamins etc so I am hoping they will help. On the downside, they are very big and hard to swallow. Is there any other method of taking them?”
