“The pills are a fair size but not difficult to swallow. I take Plant Sterols because I was told by my GP that I had high cholesterol several years ago, which was probably caused by medication that I have to take for a health condition. I have regular blood tests but since starting to take the Plant Sterols I have heard no more about having high cholesterol, so hopefully they are working!”
