“Nice big capsules of Starflower oil. They are easy to take. I take it as it is a good source of GLA. This is a constituent of the myelin sheath around nerves, this is damaged in MS. I hope to promote any repair and maintenance possible. I like the packaging and think the pouches arrive in easily recycle-able packages.”
