“everything looked ok but with vitamins it takes a good while and even then you might not notice an improvement. You keep taking them with the thought that if you had not things could be worse...... gave 5 stars this is because the tablets are well packaged neat and easy to swallow but I don't feel any different yet....... Will time tell I hope so”
