To assist with cleaning, soak the tray in hot water with a squirt of OLC or dishwashing liquid and use a stainless steel scourer.

“This is a great saver - saves having to buy more sheets from Weber, and saves the waste of throwing them out. Easy to clean, and stores nicely in the BBQ stand.”
