The Kaon Maxtrax ARB roof rack mounts are superb quality, fit like a hand in a glove with easy to follow instructions and priced very well, especially given the outstanding quality of the product. Would highly recommend and guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

The mount itself is awesome, the powder coating is very clean, the folding mechanism is smooth and tight. Due the way the ARB base rack sits on the Prado, the folding mechanism hits the backbone if you mount it too close to the sides. The ARB base rack backbone runs in a V shape on the Prado so realistically, you can only install these mounts on the front of the platform, otherwise, you'll lose more "rack real estate" by mounting it towards the middle, on the back of the platform.
