“Replaced my n70 hilux ARB bash plates for Kaon diff drop bash plates. My suggestions are below
1) For N70 Hilux kaon does not make rated recovery points. Had to use arb recovery point so plate had to be cut.
2) The slots cut into the front plate are good for air flow. Not so great for muddy or water crossings. Made a cover that fits on the rivnuts and can be removed.
3) would love to see a bit less of gap between the plate and the dropped diff for more clerance.
Otherwise great plates, easy to remove and change oil unlike arb which are a mission”
