This is very surprising to hear that you thought it was very flat and we have had nothing but positive reviews about the size and density of our feathered inserts. It is the standard weight in each pillow. I am happy to help assist you with a replacement possibly as you may of got a few that were less dense. Our supplier is usually very consistent in the density of the feathers in reach insert. As for the dimensions of each inserts, these measure in at 53 x 53cm each?
