“I don't like giving bad reviews but I'm super disappointed. I got a whole bunch of cushions and covers, and these ones are not made the same. As in the photo, the openings of the cushions are at different ends of the design which makes them look super awkward. I don't have any problem with any of the others so I assumed this must be just a faulty one. I have tried to contact them over the last 5-6weeks but haven't got any reply from them, hence the poor review. Won't be buying again if this is how long it takes to get someone's attention (this might not do the job). Poor customer service! Really disappointing. Was looking forward to purchasing more in future but will be taking my biz elsewhere”
