Probably should come with instruction manuals as well. I don't love dealing with an overseas call centre when I have questions. I never understand companies that brag that they are Aussie this & that but fail to mentiontion this part. Newsflash, customers hate this & it's NOT great customer service to do it this way. “I wasn't going to write a review, but I received an email prompting me to do so...
I can only fairly give 1 star due to my experience with the product. Upon receiving the battery, I read the user manual before I installed it. The manual states to put load on the battery until it goes into sleep or safe mode by itself and then to recharge it to re calibrate the SOC in the BMS. Well, I did that, and it never woke up again, I had to return it 3 days before the Aus Day long weekend (which we were going away for) leaving me without a battery. I ended up going into my local battery shop and had to spend more money again on another battery (not Kickass) so we could still head off as planned.
