“This blanket does get warm, but not as warm as the control box! The high, medium and low selector does not work, and none of the 3 LED's work and the control box gets up to 60 degs C. I have filled in a complaint form on the Kickass website and submitted photos and a video as required but have not heard back from them yet.”
