“Hi I love the idea of this product. But I think it's designed incorrectly. My handle has broken off after using it two times. I herd a crack the time before when I was closing it and the next time it snapped off completely. I believe there isn't enough roof between the plates when it's closed. This doesn't allow roof for the bread even with nothing on the bread. As such when try to latch it the handle broke off.
If it can be re designed to allow room for the bread that would solve the problem.

“Decent little thing , ran of battery only and takes 5-8 min to cook golden brown, would probably work bit faster with car on , surprisingly didn't drain small 94ah battery, plastic closing clip would be battery metal ,rather then plastic, but it hasn't broken yet 8/10 for camping 5/10 for job site use , (length of time to cook )”
