“This is the third battery charger I bought. The first one is good for lead acid and the second I bought for lithium which I still use over at the shed for that solar unit. My third I bought had a fault which caused it to stop after 15 minutes. I phone Jai in warranties and support and after sending in two short videos the replacement was already on its way. I applaud such excellent customer support and service. Very rare these days. Thank heavens I bought Australian. The replacement is superb. Very happy. Thank you. I will continue to buy Kickass products thanks to functional and reliable Australian products, and excellent customer service given by Jai.”
