“I recently purchased the kick ass 40amp mppt Dcdc charger and I had issues getting it to charge on solar. After talking to kick ass sales guys in store I was told to return it do they could test it. I dropped it off on Saturday morning and by Monday afternoon I had a call to let me know they would be giving me a new Dcdc as mine had a circuit board issue. The service I received was second to none. Very helpful. I picked up my new Dcdc and can report it is going as it should be. For a budget price product I am very happy with it and other kick ass products that I have. Good products at a good price with great customer service. Definitely a win for me”
