“I purchased 2 of these for gifts and when the first gift was opened, we discovered that the light strip comes with a cord but there are bare wires at the end where you need to change it. When I contacted kickass they informed me it was how it is sold and that it is noted in the description. I went back into the ad and it's not noted in the initial description (on the screen) nor is it mentioned in the video promo for it. Kickass have refused to refund me because they are classifying my return reason as 'change your mind' which carries a 7 day limit. I advised I want the lights but can't use them because I don't know what to do with the wires. The 2 light strips are still in their boxes and despite all of that, they stuck by their refusal. WARNING TO ALL NEW BUYERS - BE AWARE THIS PRODUCT HAS NOW CHARGING CONNECTION AND KICKASS IS NOT A CUSTOMER CENTRIC ORGANISATION.”
