“Pretty good; only downside is the backing plate which doesn’t have the usual grooves for different styles of mounting. Only has the larger grooves built in. Some 3rd party removable brackets like XTM don’t suit.”

Delivery was nothing short of a joke. Arrived 1 week after due date and 3 ocassions of false advice where arranged to work from home on 2 days and took another day off work to take reciept (didn't arrive)
Had to call delivery company (Team Global Express) to enquire why delivery didn't arrive on 3rd ocassion as previously advised. They were next to useless so needed to follow up with KickAss to "attempt" to push things along.
On the basis of this experience would not purchase anyting further through KickAss.

“The swing arm makes this a fit for purpose bit of kit and works on my mrt aluminium canopy very well
The mounting brackets are not suitable for mounting the awning to a vertical fitting surface , my canopy has a rooftop aluminium welded ladder rack . An option needs to be designed and offered. I had to mount it flat back to rack vertical sections via drilled holes through them.”
