“I love it but it’s hard to pull out, unlike I expect the one with no lid which they must have used in the video) as the lid flips open so you can’t pull against it. I need to place it upside on the ground place my feet either side of it and hold it tight to pull it up to use.The lid should have latch for when it needs to be popped up. Love though it can be used as a loo as that’s why I bought it. It’s also hard to lower, needs lots of muscle”
