“Wow. Obviously automated. Unit was faulty out of the box. Still waiting for confirmation that my warranty claim is being processed, over a week. Can't really say how the unit performs until I get a working one. After initially helping with my problem , the bot wall went up. Doesn't help they are not open weekends. I will avoid the brand in the future.”
