“I fitted one to my ute running Kickass 170watt solar and then runs thru aRedarc DCDC charger with Solar compatible.. system works well but The Monitor will not allow the panel to start charging my AGM battery unless I disconnect the monintor and replug and goes all day.. and when night falls and no power generation, next morning NO power is allowed thru monitor to DCDC charger unless again I disconnct monitor and reconnct and works perfectly well and even got an excahnge new one and exactly the same trouble.. something not conncted when it should.. I got high quality proffesional installion and every works fine except monitor refuses to start charging .. now if I remove monitor the solar panel works like a beauty and no trouble keeping AGM charged so there go to be a problem somwere.. I dea of monitor is great but it just no good if I have to keep disonnected and reconnecting everyday ..”
