“Poor quality. Rubber o rings pop off everytimecyou remove the connectors. Connectors non standard hose size and impossible to get parts for. Lack of help from support. No replacement parts available.
Thew in bin and purchased the same spec pump from camplux. Was plug and play, and upland running on standard hose size and quick connectors in 5 minutes.”
“Arrived without all the parts, customer service was rubbish as was the dispatch of a replacement part. I emailed customer service to follow up as the replacement part had been diverted to Melbourne - never received a reply.
Finally got the part and installed the pump in our car, it leaked on first use which delayed us leaving for a roadtrip and left us spending $300 to replace it. Total rubbish, would appreciate a full refund.”
