“First shower arrived quick but didn't work. I went on a 3 week camping trip and didn't test it out prior but when I returned home I gave kickass a call and all I had to do was submit a couple of photos and a video of it not working then they posted me another shower pretty quick. The new shower works good so far and uses far less water than my other 12 volt showers I used to own. I have a 40 litre collapsible bucket and the water ends up being cold near the end as you get a 20 min shower and not a 30 second shower I used to before with a 10 litre bucket. Well done kickass again”
“Bought this to decant the back up water jerry cans into the caravan water tanks. Pain in the arse trying to hold a funnel and pour 20L slowly. This pump makes easy work of it. Pumps out every drop of the jerry can in just a couple minutes.”

Terrible customer service as was charged full price but had a discount code (was emailed and text to me by kick ass, only reason I decided to buy it). Got in contact with kickass (with evidence) and they just fobbed it off.
Would not recommend dealing with them”
