“I love this. Has alarm optional for if drops to min/max temp. I use in home freestanding fridge and freezer for dual temp which appears very accurate for home baking business. The only fault is it doesn't come with instructions (or maybe mine were left out??) So, although I figured out how to use it pretty quickly, I do think instructions could be useful for some people who might not want to figure it all out themselves. Overall a fantastic product and the one star removed, was for lack of instructions.”
