“I could feel a difference in how I felt by the following day - so only 24 hours after taking the first dose.
During the 3-month course, and since, I have had recurrences in symptoms (the sudden urgent need to go to the toilet, and a tendency to have loose bowel motions). However, I would say that maybe there are some foods I am particularly sensitive to, rather than the the tablets failing to work. Because I recovered more quickly from the incidents once I returned to eating foods that don't usually cause me any problems.
I am considering trying a second 3-month course, to see if this helps me further.”
