“Just what I ordered. Good quality a bit fiddley to fit side rails but we are in our late 70s. Delivered promptly and driver very helpfull and did well to follow instructions as we are awkward to find”

“I bought the 8 tread with a handrail and it is lightweight, a good price, as described and was delivered on time but unfortunately actually feels unstable and cheap. It's so difficult buying online, I should have gone and looked at and tried some. The treads are quite thin - they probably don't, but they feel as if they bend as you tread on them and the bit that joins the two legs together is only two narrow black straps, not folding metal bars, which makes it feel even more rickety as it changes position as you move it around and then crashes into place as you step on it. The handrail was something I really wanted as I need to get quite high for a studio suspended ceiling and are great for extra balance except the screws won't fully tighten so it slightly wobbles. I am pretty sure I am going to be replacing it straightaway which is a shame as customer service were excellent and delivery was simple and straightforward.”
