“In purchased the 3.2m version after much deliberation and recognising it has a workable 4m reach. I bought it for interior decorations and I wanted something light and not much over 10kg as my back isn’t as strict as it used to be. This version is 10.4kg and is easy to handle. Comes with storage bag, has the green red indicators indicating that the ladder is either set up safely or not for access. It erects easily, and you can retract it safely by pushing 2 thumb type buttons on the bottom, the ladder closes itself with gravity. Fantastic piece of kit and already used it to paint a man awkward stair / landing space. Feels solid, TBF I was looking on Amazon at other versions, but this ladder is definitely trade rated and I’ll take care of it.”

Instructions are not always obvious but a bit of commonsense resolved extension and closure, which I was a little nervous about but it was fine. Comes with a bag which is smart and practical.
