“It was quite difficult to operate at first as the instructions were poor and as they were in black and white it was trial and error to find out which were the locked position and open one. However once mastered seem alright but still prefer a normal ladder as seems more sturdy but will be useful for small heights only and inside use.”
“This 3.6m ladder does what it says it does it does. Perfect for reaching my high staircase bookshelfs and loft. Packs down very neaty. Worth the money.”
