“The class itself is perfect save for two items: -Classroom computers: Class room computers may need maintenance or an update. The majority of the units crashed at different times, several times, during the week. The computers do not seem fit to handle the 2017 releases in Creative Cloud. -Registering and payment for Ledet Classes: The register and payment/refund policies for your company is too strict considering your methods of scheduling. I am military personnel and plan the budget for my shop. Within my shop are deployers who go out several times a year. Scheduling training between missions is hard enough; but when classes are canceled my people cannot take the class. Can the refund policy be relaxed for government agencies or can a purchase be transferred to another person?”

“This is my third session with Ledet. Computers (mac and pc) seem to be "frankensteins" - we spent a better part of the first day locating working hardware. As to the environment, the temperature is not balanced within the space - extremely hot in our room.”
