“This classroom is located in a fairly inaccessible location in San Diego: just west of Highway 15 underneath the spaghetti bowl of 5 freeways...NOT amusing at rush hour, especially for someone from out of town. Also, course was reduced to one day because no one else signed up. The possibility of the course being cancelled did not work well for Federally-funded training.”
