“Material for the course was very easy to understand and the examples reinforced the lessons.”

“The facility setup is troubling. We spent 1.5 hours yesterday trying to figure out why most of the computers would not startup AutoCAD. There is no tech support person on-site, and there is no tech support person immediately available at a remote location either. As it turns out, the authentication process needs a server in some other state, and it took 45 minutes for someone to call us back to help with the issue. That is unacceptable for the money this costs.”
