“Overall I felt the training was very informative. It was a great setting to learn a lot of information but overall our instructor was very knowledgeable. She was very helpful in providing us the specific information needed to help us apply what we learned to our particular field. We are starting this department from scratch in our office, so we were starting from square zero and she was very patient with any trouble we ran into and helped get us back on track.”
