“I am thrilled to have learned so much in this time period. We were at a remote location and I worried that we would not have as valuable a learning experience as it would have been in person. I was wrong. Michael knows everything and explains it perfectly. It was great and very personalized and interactive. We were busy and engaged and the time flew by. It was great.”

“Michael was very clear in his instruction, taking me through each small step and remaining VERY patient with each and every question that I had. One place for improvement was in the information provided for signing up for the course. I did it on-line and the stock information emails were more directed at on-site students. This was my first time doing an on-line class, so it was a bit confusing for me. Michael was excellent in all regards.”

“I would absolutely recommend Mike for the training, the set up please let people know that they must have the latest version of Camtasia. The emails says you will be using it, but not that the user must have it. This is not Mike's fault this is the companies fault.”

“The instructor was very knowledgeable about the program (Camtasia) and answered all questions completely. He ensured all students were engaged and learned the particular task before moving on. There were not enough computers for the number of students and the computers needed the data files downloaded before class could start. Additionally, the computers had unexplainable issues at times.”
