“Of course, there is convenience of taking the course virtually to minimize travel and disruption of personal life; however, the key to an effective virtual course is the instructor and Mike does an extraordinary job of maintaining energy, using appropriate self-depricating humor, making sure everyone is on pace and keeping the training on track and on time. Everything flowed very smoothly and I was able to ask questions as needed without feeling like I was slowing down the group or being disruptive to Mike's flow.”
